Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds, unused ad spend, cancellations and payment disputes are handled.
Effective date: 2 July 2026
Company: Legix Solutions Limited, Company No. 17230809, registered office 735 High Road, Ilford, England, IG3 8RL.
1. General position
Because our services involve professional time, planning, campaign setup, platform coordination, reporting and third-party costs, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
2. Non-refundable items
- Setup, management, consulting and strategy fees.
- Creative production, campaign planning and reporting fees.
- Completed work and work in progress.
- Third-party costs, media costs, platform fees, bank charges, payment processing fees and exchange costs.
3. Advertising spend
Unused advertising spend may be refundable only where the amount has not been spent, committed, transferred to a platform, charged by a media owner, locked or withheld by a platform, applied to third-party costs or applied against outstanding invoices.
4. Platform-held balances
If funds are held, delayed, restricted or withheld by an advertising platform, media owner, payment processor or bank, any refund will depend on release of those funds and applicable third-party rules.
5. Cancellation by client
Cancellation must be requested in writing. Cancellation does not remove liability for work already completed, work in progress, committed costs, advertising spend used, notice-period fees or outstanding invoices.
6. Cancellation by Legix
Legix may cancel, pause or refuse services where there is non-payment, missing information, compliance risk, platform risk, legal risk, reputational risk or abusive conduct.
7. Refund method
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where practical. Bank charges, payment processor fees and exchange costs may be deducted.
8. Payment disputes
Clients should contact Legix before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Incorrect or abusive disputes may result in recovery of the disputed amount, fees and reasonable costs.
